New Vegan Options at Disney Value and Moderate Resorts

Menu options are always updating, but when the vegan options at the Walt Disney World Value Resorts, which usually means changes are on their way to the Moderate Resorts as well. We now have an avocado totcho breakfast bowl, called the Plant-based Totcho Bowl (not to be confused with the Avocado Breakfast Bowl which is vegetarian). Some menus on the app may still show the Breakfast Quesadilla, but that is no longer available at any location. We also have a new dessert available all day, and updated lunch/dinner options.

I also have a video review of the new vegan value resort items if you’d like to see everything in more detail! The breakfast totcho bowl is hearty and filling, with crispy tots, but definitely needs some hot sauce or another seasoning of some sort. It’s a bit bland. But definitely fix-up-able if you’re staying and want a breakfast that sticks with you.

Vegan Grab and Go Sandwich

The vegan Impossible Greek Style Pita is a really fun new option. It’s available in the Grab and Go sandwiches section, but also available on mobile order at some locations, so be sure to check. The flavors here are perfect. My only concern is that if you get one at the end of the day, or save half to eat later in the room fridge, the pita may get a bit soggy. Overall, though, this is a win.

Vegan Entree Option

The Plant-based Impossible Burger replaces the Korean BBQ Burger at all Value and Moderate Resorts. It looks simple, but it’s a really great burger, when cooked right. At Everything Pop, they make it a smash burger. I’ve had it from Port Orleans Riverside where it’s cooked pretty typically, but the toppings still make it a nice option. I would recommend asking if they can make it a smash burger, it can’t hurt to try!

Vegan Desserts

The real winning new addition is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich. Totally vegan as-is, it is filled with frosting and half dipped in chocolate. I can’t say enough good things about this and urge you to run out and grab one as soon as you’re able!
