Vegan Options: Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2026

We finally have some vegan Halloween eats at Walt Disney World! It’s been a struggle to get Disney onboard with making sure there are some plant-based, vegan, or allergy-friendly options for the holiday party season. Last year, for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, our only vegan option as a Mango Dole Whip float with chamoy, which was available all day, not just during the party. I first thought this was our only option again this year, but realized there was another option hiding in the strange (mobile) layout of the Disney Parks Blog post revealing all the Halloween party treats. Keep reading to see what we discovered!

Here’s a look at this treat during last year’s Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, available at Aloha Isle:

For 2026, we also get a black bean burger! This seems to align with the recent menu change at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe (where this party-exclusive is available), which replaced the Impossible meatball rice bowl with a return to a black bean burger. The Halloween party exclusive is a Frightful Black Bean Burger topped with jalapeño-ranch slaw and jalapeño chips served with french fries

I must say, this looks fun, and I’m excited to try it. I’m a sucker for a unique bun and this purple one fits the bill. The toppings look delicious too.

Possible Modified Vegan Item:

We also maaay have a modifiable option, which is the Haunting Jalapeño Tots: tots topped with plant-based black bean chili, cheddar sauce, and jalapeño sauce – so we’d have to remove the cheddar sauce for sure and most likely the jalapeno sauce (though it would be very easy to make vegan!). We’ll definitely check this out when we head to the party! This one is available at Friar’s Nook and is a party-exclusive.
