Returning to this spot is the vegan Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with Savory Garlic Spread (gluten/wheat-friendly) which is also part of the Garden Graze stroll.
🥕 Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and “cheese” This year it’s made with Boursin dairy-free cheese, so we’ll see if it makes a big difference in the flavor!
2026 REVIEW: coming soon!

Enjoy that corn and get those Garden Graze stamps!
We have the recipe for this corn here: Epcot Flower & Garden Festival Vegan Grilled Street Corn Recipe
Vegan Options at Swirled Showcase
Dole Whip Mango – we’ll try this next visit!
Lemon Sorbet in a waffle cone We checked on the sorbet and the waffle cone and confirmed both to be vegan in 2026. Always check on the waffle cone, as suppliers can change.

Lemon Sorbet from a few years back.
Orange Bird Sipper at the Citrus Blossom – Odyssey
This year the Orange Bird Sipper returns again and IS vegan as is. Enjoy!

🥕Lumpia with plant-based pork, green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour sauce
🥕Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, aquafaba meringues, and raspberry powder.

Vegan Options at La Isla Fresca:
🥕Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho: Chocolate Cake, Coconut Custard, and Passion Fruit Caramel (Plant-based) No more coconut Tres Leches!
REVIEW: coming soon for 2026!
Previously at this booth, I got the non-alcoholic Citrus Slushy – which is lemonade and grapefruit juice, frozen. It was the perfect match with the tres leches in past years, hopefully it’s just as good with this new dessert! I loved it and would definitely get it again.

Vegan Options at the 2026 Epcot Flower & Garden Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market Outdoor Kitchen
Returning this year, The Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market Outdoor Kitchen in Germany will again be offering guests vegan 🥕Potato Pancakes with house-made applesauce.

Two potato pancakes come to an order and get a topping of applesauce. I love these traditional potato pancakes. They have a slight hint of onion to them and were extremely satisfying. This is a generous serving size as well. I have to say I do prefer the Festival of the Holidays Potato Latkes with the savory vegan sour cream, but if you don’t like the sweet, you can ask for yours without applesauce.

Vegan Options at Brunchot (by Test Track)
This is a returning option for 2026, and this year it is still confirmed plant-based up front.
🥕Avocado Toast with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles on toasted ciabatta This year it’s made with Boursin dairy-free cheese, so we’ll see if it makes a big difference in the flavor!
2026 REVIEW: coming soon
Vegan Options at the 2026 Epcot Pineapple Promenade Outdoor Kitchen
Pineapple Dole Whip – returns to the Pineapple Promenade Outdoor Kitchen in Showcase Plaza near Port of Entry (location may be updated)
You can get your pineapple Dole Whip plain or in a Fanta soda float (similar to the I Lava You float at Magic Kingdom)

This outdoor kitchen is also where you’ll find the iconic Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade garnished with an edible flower. It looks like this year they are giving up on the ‘desert violet’, which is a real kind of violet flower, and calling it Frozen Dessert Violet Lemonade: Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with desert pear and violet syrups (Non-alcoholic).

Hanami (Japan)
Frushi: Strawberry, pineapple, and lychee wrapped in coconut rice and pink soy wrap served with coconut sauce, and toasted coconut. Now vegan without the coconut sauce!
Curry Bun: new this year and accidentally vegan!
Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina (Morocco)
Moroccan Wrap with tomato-cucumber relish and garlic sauce served on warm Moroccan flatbread with Plant-based falafel
Vegan Options at the Epcot Refreshment Outpost for 2026
🥕Seasonal Fruit Parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango (Plant-based)
REVIEW: I finally got this for 2025 and loved it. The chili sauce does have a kick to it so beware if you are spicy-averse!

This looks like a baby version of the chili mango Dole Whip in Disneyland and I am here for it!!! Mango is my favorite flavor and this did not disappoint. If you like Tajin and Chamoy, this is for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Tangerine Soft Serve served here is NOT VEGAN. It is also NOT DOLE WHIP which Cast Members may be confused about and tell you otherwise. We have confirmed this with the packaging on the mix, and it does contain dairy and is not a Dole product.
Lan Yuan (China)
Pan-fried Vegetable Dumplings filled with bok choy, carrot, shiitake mushroom, ginger, garlic, and sesame (vegan)
Tanghulu: Skewer of strawberries and grapes coated in candied sugar syrup (New) (accidentally vegan as-is)
REVIEWS: coming soon!
Plant Based Garden Graze Stroll
Returning this year is the vegan Garden Graze walk which rewards guests with a FREE vegan Dole Whip upon completion. We will have to confirm the 2026 completer prize. But this year we have 9 choices for the Garden Graze, and you only need 5 to complete the stroll. There an amazing surprise Garden Graze Completer Prize last year! It has returned for 2026!
Here’s a look at previous completer prizes, which comes in a plastic souvenir cup. You also get a packet of wildflower seeds.
Be sure to grab a commemorative Disney gift card on your way into Epcot. Load it up and use it at each kiosk. It has a wrist strap and makes things so much easier when paying for your food.
So that’s it for the vegan food Options at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Again, the festival runs from March 4 through June 1, 2026. For more information on the festival visit DisneyWorld.com.
